Since 2008 I've been leading Agile work environments making videogames, first as an Art Lead. I'm fully fascinated to work together with highly skilled people in a lot of different disciplines to contribute in relelasing awesome stuff to players! I have lived some very mature Agile work structures both on big development teams (60+) as well on small ones (~10).
